July 11th lecture

My son and I took the images in figure 7.4 and worked on them for over an hour. The funny thing was that only the candle problem was the one both of us solved. The dots we talked about it and drew it many of times trying to figure it out until we were both frustrated. The matches did not fair as well either. We got our box of matches out and configured them over and over again and just could not find the answer. We had to laugh when we saw the answers of how simple the answers were if we just would of thought outside the box.
